Please sync xserver-xorg-video-chips 1:1.2.3-2 (main) from Debian experimental (main)
Nothing has changed besides the build-dep since our version, but syncing will
pick up the dropped changelogs and save some space.

xserver-xorg-video-chips (1:1.2.3-2) experimental; urgency=low

  * Build against Xserver 1.9.1 rc1.
