Please sync xsd 3.3.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The Ubuntu change is a patch to fix FTBFS, the new Debian package
builds well in Natty pbuilder howto without this patch and 
without build-depends on libboost-system-dev.

Note: debian changelog says that ubuntu changes were included into
debian package, but it is incorrect or them were reverted without
document them in changelog.
