Please sync aspell-en 6.0-0-6 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We can sync this package as debian has accepted ubuntu's change of inserting additional wordlists during build and also ubuntu's custom wordlist.
