We take the libsocialweb package unchanged from Debian. Please open a
bug report in Debian requesting the upgrade. Then the upgraded package
will be automatically synced to Ubuntu (and all Debian user will
benefit, too).

GNOME3 control-center needs libsocialweb for flickr backgrounds, so this branch:

contains latest upstream release, which would need to go to main for g-c-c to depend on it
