Please sync dvdauthor 0.6.18-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Ubuntu delta was a single comma in debian/control - no longer necessary.

New upstream release fixes LP Bugs #425702, #554902, #385187
