Corrected package dependency error preventing install of the latest
4.0.1rc1-0ubuntu1. I am running this at the moment.

xen-3 (3.4.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream version.
   * Remove ioemu for now. (closes: #490409, #496367)
   * Remove non-pae hypervisor.
   * Use debhelper compat level 7.
   * Make the init script start all daemons.
