Please sync ruby1.8 1.8.7.249-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

That version fixes LP:#520715 (the infamous ruby+thread+timeout/puppet bug).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu delta is actually a license violation, since Ruby is GPLv2 only and
can't be linked to readline6 (GPLv3). This was discussed on #ubuntu-devel.
