Bug description:
Hi! Building tickcount in an updated maverick pbuilder I get this error:

dh_installmime -ppython-tickcount 
PYTHONPATH=/tmp/buildd/tickcount-0.1/debian/python-tickcount//usr/lib/pyshared/python2.6 python test_tickcount.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "test_tickcount.py", line 20, in <module>
    import tickcount
ImportError: No module named tickcount
make: *** [binary-install/python-tickcount] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: error: fakeroot debian/rules binary gave error exit status 2

PYTHONPATH in debian/rules is erroneus.
