It's the opposite, translations have been updated in Ubuntu and not in
Debian. Please don't sync it before the translations are uploaded to
Debian.

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Translations have been updated in Debian package, it compiles well in
Maverick pbuilder.
