Status in “gscan2pdf” package in Ubuntu: Triaged
Bug description:
Please sync gscan2pdf 0.9.30-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu was shipping a pre-released Debian version, so all Ubuntu changes have
either been abandoned by the maintainer or incorporated in Debian.
The bug fix (LP: #424249) has been incorporated upstream.
Tested on i386 to be sure (the bug seemed i386-specific).
Changelog entries since current maverick version 0.9.29-1ubuntu1:
gscan2pdf (0.9.30-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Fix missing comment preventing start
Closes: #568429 (gscan2pdf: failed to start)
* Patched the clean target to fix FTBFS
