Status in “screen” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released

Bug description:
Binary package hint: screen

screen (4.0.3-14ubuntu3) - maverick

This version has re-introduced the issue of:
Cannot make directory '/var/run/screen': Permission denied

Following a:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/screen-cleanup restart

Screen then works as expected.

Interestingly, the following doesn't resolve it.
$ sudo restart screen-cleanup
