  * Merge from debian unstable (LP: #595444).  Remaining changes:
    - debian/init, debian/rules: init script to start/stop/restart the
      sobby server and launch it automatically on boot, (LP: #435724)
    - debian/init: Remove proper pid file. (LP: #546990)

  * New upstream release
  * Bump net6 build-dep to instantiate the neweste templates.
  * Bump debhelper compat version to 5.
