We can sync this package as debian has updated libgnome-desktop's SONAME

  * debian/patches/04_gnome_desktop_2_soname.patch: Add new patch to update
    the DLLmap to libgnome-desktop's new SONAME
  * debian/source/format: Specify 1.0 explicitly
  * debian/control: Increase Standards-Version to 3.8.4, no changes
