Talked to cjwatson, and that should be on supported-hardware-common, not
boot. Branch fixed and repushed.

Bug description:
Availability: These packages is available in Ubuntu maverick in universe on armel

Rationale: These are parts of the bootloader using on armel+omap and armel+omap4, and while we do not directly need this package installed, we do use files from the deb in the creation of the image within debian-cd for builds on this subarchitecture.

Security: N/A: this package builds binaries which arne't executable on the host system; they're only used by the image build tools, and possibly by advanced users who want to replace the stock bootloader on these boards.

QA: Package produces binary blobs that are installed to the bootloader partition, and has no user facing UI. There are no open bugs on any of these packages.

UI Standards: N/A, no user accessible UI.

Dependencies: All build-deps are in main. Packages do not directly depend on each other, but are only useful when paired with the x-loader and u-boot binaries that match the subarch

Standards compliance: Packages are compliant

Maintenance: Maintenance for all four packages is being done by the Canonical ARM Team, and the Ubuntu ARM Port Maintainers.

Background information: x-loader and uboot are the stage 1 and 2 bootloaders for the TI OMAP 3 and 4 platform and are installed onto a VFAT boot partition as MLO and u-boot.bin respectively. We need these files on the image to make said image bootable without assistance from an in-NAND bootloader.
