Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We can sync this package again as debian has updated the package to 
latest upstream version and incorporated all ubuntu changes

    - Inserted the LGPLv2 clause, corrected the path to license file on

    - Converted to UTF-8.
    - Inserted full copyright notice.
  * debian/libcddb2-dev.install:
    - Don't install any files from /usr/lib/include.
  * debian/libcddb2-dev.links:
    - Created.
  * debian/shlibs.local:
    - Corrected for current version.
