X-YbuildZ uploads don't constitute as "Ubuntu-local changes". Before DIF
these are autosynced.

Also does this seem to need a newer xserver-xorg-dev. I'll unsubscribe
sponsors for now. Please resubscribe when the new build-depends are
there.

  * Update xsfbs and use new ${xinpdriver:Depends} substvar.
  * Rename 10-evtouch.conf to 50-evtouch.conf, and install it in /usr/share.
