Bug description:
Please sync skyeye 1.2.5-2.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu delta fixes FTBFS. Current Debian package is buildable, so we can drop delta.

skyeye (1.2.5-2.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Remove build-dep on glib1.2-dev. (Closes: #523714).
