Binary package hint: liblatex-table-perl

Please sync liblatex-table-perl 1.0.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).  The new release uses MooseX::FollowPBP, allowing libmoose-
policy-perl to be removed from Ubuntu (no longer maintained upstream;
already removed from Debian).

Note: This requires libmoosex-followpbp-perl to be synced first (LP
#610534).
