Oh, this package has been around for a bit. Riddell uploaded a merge of
it on the 7th. ;)

It had to be merged since we add a missing dependency on vlc. I did this
an hour or two ago with the latest version:
https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/phonon-backend-
vlc/0.2.0-1ubuntu1

At any rate, we can't sync this now because our version is now higher
than debian's thanks to the "ubuntu1" addition.
