Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change was the change in the version of package libqdos-java
in build-depends to 1.9 rather than 1.11 in debian. But in maverick, version
1.11 of libqdos-java is available as well. So, this change can be dropped.

  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.4, no change
  * Update qdox to 1.11
