Bhavani, well, it looks like the last and one before last uploader has
dropped changes which you can find on [2] Benjamin's link:

Are you going to update your patch? If not, just tell, then I'll prepare
an updated debdiff.

   * Re-enable optimisation for x64 builds; culprit found & fixed, not related
     to optimization.
 
   * debian/control:
     + Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.4 (no changes).
     + Add ${misc:Depends}.
