Binary package hint: qtiplot

Current version cannot be installed due to Qt Assistant changes in Qt
4.7 (bug #598826) so we need to add Build-Depends: libqtassistantclient-
dev and Depends: qt-assistant-compat to debian/control.  Now would be a
good time to merge with the latest Debian version.

   * Build QTeXEngine into program
