I've pushed your debdiff with some adjustment to the patch name and changelog:
directfb (1.2.10.0-4ubuntu2) maverick; urgency=low

  * New patch, 95_missing_includes, fixes missing sys/stat.h include in
    gfxdrivers/davinci/davinci_c64x.c needed for mknod(). (LP: #603332)

Bug description:
This is a simple problem in davinci_c64x.c related to glibc with a simple fix, to be attached shortly.  While listed under armel, I suspect it is not armel specific.
