Bilal,

IMHO the addition of the Home page field to debian/control should be
done by the debian maintainer.  If this is the only remaining change,
this should probably be a sync.

This merge also fixes bug #304443. I am fixing that bug temporarily in Ubuntu because of the fact that Debian maintainer is neglecting it.
