Title:
different archdir, please rebuild package
Status in “libnarray-ruby” package in Ubuntu:
In Progress
Bug description:
Binary package hint: libnarray-ruby1.8
Hi,
This bug is Ubuntu specific.
In Ubuntu 10.10(or higer), i386 arch, Ruby's archdir is changed to
"/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/i686-linux". But libnarray-ruby1.8 is install to
"/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/i486-linux". This bug cause some problem to create
package using ruby-pkg-tools.
The "ruby-pkg-tools" use "Config::CONFIG['archdir']" as directory of
gcc's include and install target. But narray's header was installed to
old archdir(/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/i486-linux), so can't find header.
Please rebuild this package.
Sincerely yours.
