Hello Mahyuddin

I am a bit skeptical about the patch having your name there

enhached-tab by Mahyuddin Susanto <udienz at gmail.com>

This would mean that you have supplied the patch for that bug if I am
not wrong and

DP: Author field is also present which leads to confusion

and did you get in touch with Sami Pietella in the below bug

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bash/+bug/53887

through mail to know in detail the upstream response when he forwarded
the patch?

PS: this was just my point of review of your debdiff provided and I
havent test built the package to check how it works

Waiting for a core-dev's kind response

kind regards
