[Bug 690598] Re: Newer version 0.20.10 of fwts available

Had a look at the differences between the current version in 0.20.03 and
this proposed version 0.20.10 (attached).  Looked over the packaging and
it looks right to my eye.  This seems ready for upload.

@Colin -- it is helpful from a review point of view it is helpful to
have the debdiff from the previously uploaded version attached to the
bug as it saves me from downloading all the source packages to get it.

Note when uploading this we will need the -v 0.20.03 to get the right
changelog.
