Please sync open-invaders 0.3-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The reason to divert this package was ftbfs fix, sys/stat.h header
missing. Now Debian package includes ubuntu pactch and it builds
well in natty pbuilder chroot.
