[Bug 626352] [NEW] Remove link to advanced-topics in Ubuntu table of contents

Further to a discussion in the docteam, we have decided to remove the
"Advanced Topics" document from the ubuntu-docs package. As a result the
link on the yelp frontpage to this document will break unless removed.

That link should therefore be removed. I'm attaching a debdiff.
