[Bug 623014] [NEW] Upload utouch 1.1 to Ubuntu

Please upload the new version 1.1 of utouch-grail to Ubuntu. The change
includes dropping the dependency on xserver-xorg-input-gevdev since
xserver-xorg-input-evdev now has gesture support, and adding a
dependency on libutouch-geis-doc for API documentation.

A source package may be found at
http://people.canonical.com/~cndougla/utouch/. The packaging branch lp
:~utouch-team/utouch/packaging also includes the changes for this
update.
