[Bug 609163] [NEW] Recognize uxlaunch as a display manager

uxlaunch is the "display manager" used in moblin.  It is meant to start
X as quick as possible for only one user.

Here's a patch to treat it like the other display managers plymouth
knows about.  Seems like this should be made generic in the future?
