[Bug 611401] [NEW] copyright file not formatted per Dep5 (draft)

You have been subscribed to a public bug by chilicuil (chilicuil):

the ubuntuone-client debian/copyright file is not formatted according to
the (draft) Dep5 standard, and thus licenses and copyrights can't be
mechanistically extracted reliably.

I've rewritten it to be consistent with the current spec
(http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/dep/web/deps/dep5.mdwn?op=file&rev=135) and
will propose a merge soon.
