You have been subscribed to a public bug by Benjamin Drung (bdrung):

gorm.app is currently not available in lucid:
$ rmadison gorm.appgorm.app |    1.2.2-1 | hardy/universe | source, amd64, i386gorm.app |    1.2.4-2 | jaunty/universe | source, amd64, i386gorm.app |    1.2.8-1 | karmic/universe | source, amd64, i386gorm.app |    1.2.8-1 | lucid/universe | sourcegorm.app |   1.2.10-1 | maverick/universe | source, amd64, i386

even though https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gorm.app/1.2.8-1
lists the packages as published for lucid.My guess is that it was
removed due to FTBFS. This causes gnustep-devel to be currently
uninstallable in lucid.

This was fixed in maverick by syncing 1.2.10-1 from debian.
