Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We can sync the package as the new upstream relase fixes bashism and 
hence ftbfs

Changelog since current maverick version 5.5.25-1ubuntu2:

oval-interpreter (5.7.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Add libgcrypt-dev to the Build-Dependencies as this new upstream release
    uses FSF's general purpose cryptographic library.
  * Upgrade to standards version 3.9.1 (no changes)
