I mark the maverick task invalid as there is no way to upgrade from
lucid (which does not support less than v7) to maverick with the wrong
CPU.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: update-manager

When upgrading on arm, we now require arm v7 or later for 10.04 (and 10.10).  This is because we are now using thumb2 instruction mode.  A simple patch to DistUpgradeQuirks.py is needed for this, and I will attach one to be pushed back into the bzr branch shortly.
