This bug was fixed in the package netbook-launcher-efl - 0.2.6-0ubuntu2
netbook-launcher-efl (0.2.6-0ubuntu2) lucid; urgency=low
[ Michael Terry <michael.terry at canonical.com> ]
- Backported patch from trunk to fix focus for newly launched apps.
[ Alexander Sack <asac at ubuntu.com> ]
- fix LP: #558648 - netbook-launcher-efl occasionally displays cryptic
