Please sync paros 3.2.13-6 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Package builds, installs, and starts, unlike previous version. 

Changelog entries since current lucid version 3.2.13-5:

paros (3.2.13-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * Re-include /usr/share/paros/license/TheClarifiedArtisticLicense.htm,
    as it's needed for first-time runs (Closes: #574644).
  * Lintian cleanups.
  * Bumped up Standards version.

Binary package hint: paros

Paros refuses to start after install because it can't find ${HOME}/.paros/license/TheClarifiedArtisticLicense.htm

Creating a symlink between that path at /usr/share/common-licenses/Artistic allows paros to start, but Paros should probably be modified to try to load that version of the Artistic License directly.
