We are currently still recruiting mentors to add tasks and help introduce students to the wonderful world of open source. For those of you who have participated in google summer of code efforts in the past, do note GCI is much less intense, and does not involve the direct mentoring like GSOC. Instead, GCI is focused on short tasks, that are intended to be largely self-sufficient, with the mentor providing some assistance and then ultimately reviewing the work.
