Student Leaderboard

[Nicholas Skaggs]

As this is a public list, I would defer any open disccussions to more 
private channels. It's not a bad idea to start thinking about finalists 
however. Feel free to encourage any students you are considering in this 
regard. Letting them know they are doing good work is never a bad thing!
