Getting started for GSoC

Chiming in:

I'lll be hacking on gnome-system-tools (namely, services-admin) and
the backends behind it to provide Upstart support. Something a little
more UI-tangible, however, will be the ability to configure individual
services (say, set apache ports or other service settings) among other
small goodies.

Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with at the end of
the summer. :)
