GSoC 2010: Kubuntu File Sharing Proposal

My name is Paulo, I'm a masters student from Brazil and I would like do
participate of GSoC 2010. I have created my page on Kubuntu wiki and there
you can see my early proposal for the "Kubuntu File Sharing" project. I'm
