SoC Application

Hi, I'm Marcelo Contreras from La Paz - Bolivia and I'm really
interested in participating in the GSoC 2007.

I want to develop a Gradebook for Edubuntu wich is one of the projects
in the ideas list for Ubuntu.

I would like some advise about writing my application.
My questions about writing an application are:

- What information should I mention about the project and about me?
- Should I mail a copy of my application to Ubuntu or it's fine with
just submiting it to the students dashboard at the GSoC web?
