[Ubuntu-SG] FOSSASIA 2015, Mar 13-15 Singapore: Call for Speakers and Projects

I have the intention, but I am confused with the timing. 
It shows 09:00 - 16:00 (CET) which in Singapore timing will be 16:00 - 23:00. Isn’t it a bit too late?
