*Position: *Post Sales Engineers (PSE)/ Implementation Specialist (IS) In
Security / Network Products

*Location:* Singapore

*Languages Required:* English

The PSE/IS ensures customer implementations are completed on-time and
within budget, thereby realizing the firm’s sales
and profitability targets while meeting customer expectations for a
successful implementation.
The PSE/IS is responsible for meeting growth expectations for add-on sales
and services, and for supporting the productivity
and profitability goals of the sales team supported. The PSE/IS
collaborates with sales and technical support resources to ensure
implemented projects accurately address customer needs, and appropriately
supported by key customer personnel.


*Primary Functions:*

   - Manages the implementation of projects and customers closed bythe
   sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact
   on team productivity and profit, and customer satisfaction
   - Continually gauges customer satisfaction among key customer project
   - Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service
   resources by communicating project status
   - Provides coaching and professional development to team-member & sales
   associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen,
   and technical sales skills.
   - Gathering of system requirements and process expectations documenting
   the same.
   - Completes required training and development objectives within the
   assigned time frame
   - To provide workable (or alternative) solution based on customer’s

*Secondary Functions:-*

   - To conduct POC to secure sales.
   - Opportunistically pursues additional business development
   opportunities within customer firms, over and above required add-on selling
   expectations. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are
   effectively covered and advanced Monitors customer support for technical
   solutions implemented, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential
   customer satisfaction threats or competitor activities


   - Possess Strong analytical and conceptual skill to eliminate sales
   challenge through creative and adaptive approach
   - Experienced in documentation
   - Positive and professional working attitude and independent worker
   - Hands-on experience on LAN/WAN and security solutions would be added
   advantage. (Those without can be considered for a junior position)
   - Familiar with functionalities of IP networks & routing protocol
   - Knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Proxy, Anti-spam, VMware, Load
   Balancer would be an advantage.
   - Ability to work in a fast paced environment is a need
   - Product certifications on Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE, Brocade
   - BCNP/BCLP would be advantage.
   - Singaporean or PR Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven
   track record in network/ security sales and knowledge of technology.
   - Possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate
   professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting
