[Ubuntu-SG] Ubuntu Touch released

Hi guys,

Ubuntu touch for mobile is released.

Supported devices:
Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4,7 & 10

I've flashed(and subsequently removed) it on my Nexus 4. Here are some of
my thoughts:

   - Easy to install if you already have experience running custom roms on
   your nexus device.
   - The zips provided can be directly flashed via CWM/TWRP. Alternatively,
   you can use fastboot.
   - SD partition is untouched. All my photos are intact.
   - Mobile data is not working. Have to use WIFI
   - I can't seem to find any configuration screen for the clock which is
   stuck at UTC
   - GUI is pretty smooth and responsive
   - Not ready to be used as a daily driver.
