[Ubuntu-SG] Publicity Survey

Hi all,

Something came on my mind while brushing my teeth today.

Yesterday we had a bit of publicity on the newspaper. I'm thinking
should we have a short survey and have it filled by visitors who visited
our booth? I can create one using Google Docs or if anyone is willing to
take up this task?

Let me know what questions is suitable to be asked in the survey.

Here's a rough idea:

1. Name (Optional)
2. Email Address (Optional)
3. Experience in Linux: New User, Beginner, Using for the Last 6 months,
More than 1 year
4. Distribution: Ubuntu, Red Hat, Open Suse, Fedora, CentOS, Xandros,
Others
5. Have you used Ubuntu before? : Yes/No
6. How did you run Ubuntu? : Dual-boot, Live CD, Install on Windows,
Virtualisation (Virtual Box, VMware), Never
7. Do you intend to use Ubuntu instead of Windows fulltime?: Yes/No
8. Do you know that Team Ubuntu Singapore existed? Yes/No
9. Do you want to learn how to use Ubuntu? Yes/No
10. Are you willing to contribute back to the community? Yes/No
