Hello All,

I've worked on this page today, and I have included some additional
information based on what I have seen in the messages in this mailing list.

In order for everyone to have a chance to review it, I have published
it. Let me know of any modifications you want, but keep in mind I am
very busy with SFDS organizing, so Heidir and I cannot implement every
conceivable suggestion. Check it out here:

Next, I am going to clean up our wiki page at
