Seeing all of the interest this topic is generating, I felt it was at 
least prudent to change the off line status message of the ubuntu.sg 
site to:

The site Team Ubuntu Singapore (TUSG) <http://ubuntu.sg> has been taken 
off line due to technical difficulties.

Please visit the Team Ubuntu Singapore wiki page 
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SingaporeTeam> if you are interested in the 
activities of this group.

I'm really hoping we can get the site and the group itself revitalized.
