[Ubuntu-SG] Using 10.04 Desktop on a netbook

Hi mark and welcome to this mailing list.

I've personally tried the desktop version on my Msi wind u100 before.  
To be honest, I prefer the desktop version more as I am more used to  
windows environment.

At the end of the day, it is up to personal preferences. The nbr  
allows you to access your fave program easier on the small screen. But  
if you are not used to it, give the desktop version a try.

I hope you do know that you do not need to reinstall ubuntu to get the  
desktop experience. Just installation of sone package will do.
