[Ubuntu-SG] Running server

Go either for a cli install or ubuntu server. With that kind of specs either
of the main GUI ubuntu varients are unlikely to run (I'm unsure about
xubuntu, which might)- for that matter they would likely refuse to install
due to lack of ram- so CLI is the way to go, and servers need GUI like a dog
needs flippers.
